They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
