They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Pawl is compassionate, caring, holistic and an excellent diagnostician! She takes the time to answer all questions in an intelligent, reassuring and professional manner. An extraordinary physician!
