I have been seeing Dr. Solomon for 6 years and I have had 2 children while under her care. I had issues with both pregnancies and found Dr. Solomon to be extremely helpful, understanding and available to answer my questions. She is always friendly and nice. I have friends who use her too and they agree that she is great. To the previous reviewer - if this review is coming in fall 2008 I understand that Dr. Solomon had a medical issue and that is why she was out and perhaps also why she has not been her "usual self". I feel bad that you have a negative impression of her because she really is a great doctor. And this is coming from someone who hates doctors. Give her another try.

Dr. Solomon has made every effort to make the pregnancy of our child horrible. She is distant when we ask questions and has made zero effort to educate us. We are in our 7th month and we have had little to NO interaction or follow up's from her. No discussion of an amniocentesis. She sees us as $$ and that's it. Her staff continuously does not fill out the proper paperwork for insurance and can be very obnoxious. If we could choose again we would never have chosen Dr. Cheryl Solomon. We learned the other day that she is gone for a month for a "personal reason" I only pray that the Dr. taking her place is more of a human being and more compassionate than her. We had a discussion and have decided that this has been so horrible that we will only have one child due to the stress that my wife has had from this whole situation. Choose wisely!
