They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR - Dr. Mack did not inform my daughter that she had an abnormal pap report until it was too late! As a result, at 22 yrs old, she had to have a conization which puts her at risk for bearing children not to mention the physical and emotional damage of this procedure. Dr. Mack is egotistical beyond words and believes that he is god-like, if not god himself! He pretends to care, but only really cares about the money. I never write reviews but feel that I had an obligation to protect a potential patient from having the same horrific experience with Dr. Mack as we had.
