The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Dr. Pan was rather rude, disrespectful and uncaringduring during my visit. He is a very miserable man. I didn't feel like I was being treated with a whole lot of respect. I will never recommend any female to go and see this doctor. He needs to be in the jungle where the wild animals are because he conducts himself like he is a wild animal and not a trained professional.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
