I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I've never felt more uncomfortable with an OBGYN before. They were rude, unfriendly, and so unwelcoming. I would never return to this OBGYN and would absolutely never recommend them to others. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
