The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence.

I really, really like Dr. Berger. He's 100x better than any other OBGYN I've been to.

DO NOT USE THIS DR.!!!! I had the worst experience of my life! Incompetent and a liar! I was seeing Dr. Alan Berger until I found my Dr. I am using and love now… To start… his office is DISGUSTING. He had taken blood during my 17th week of pregnancy for my AFP test… HE NEVER SENT MY BLOOD WORK IN TO THE LAB! He is a liar. I asked him for the results over the phone for weeks… he would not return phone calls. after a month of waiting and requesting and doing more investigation i had to get the # of the lab that he claimed to have sent the blood work to and they never received anything from him! He is still is telling me that the lab has the results… i confirmed with the lab numerous times and my insurance company. instead of admitting to lying and not doing what he was supposed to… he wont. I am now 22-1/2 weeks pregnant and cannot do another AFP test and too far long for an amnio…. this Dr. is going to have a law suit on his hands. there is a laundry list of other problems. I requested that he send all my paperwork to my new dr. signed a release consent form to his office every day for 2 weeks and they did not send over paperwork. He never followed up with my translucency nuchal fold test. All in all…. he is horrible, incompetent and worst of all a liar! Stay far, far away!!!!!! I do not know how this man is practicing medicine… let alone taking care of pregnant woman and unborn babies! HORROR!
