Dr. Moritz has been my doctor for nearly 15 years. We have been through the very thick and very thin. When I found a lump in my breast I called him right away, and he referred me to a doctor who is in the top of his field. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, he sat down with me and told me what I should expect and could see the concern on his face when we discussed my level. Although breast cancer is not his area of expertise he was very much involved in my care and went above and beyond to help me in any way he could. He is the one doctor that I can honestly say I trust completely with my life; because he has proven many times that he has my very best interest at heart.
I read the last review of the women who had the miscarriage and I hate to say this but, she is completely wrong about Mr. Moritz. I feel for her loss but again I have known his for many many years and have experienced his level of concern for his patients. Another example, after my diagnosis his assistant called to tell me my Pap Smear was abnormal and needed to be repeated. Naturally I panicked and was literally sobbing on the phone, she sent him a message and he stepped out of a cocktail reception to call me right away to assure me that there was nothing to worry about and stayed on the phone with me until I calmed down. Trust me this is not a doctor who would make light of someone who is going through a dramatic experience such as a miscarriage
Not to go on but he delivered my daughter 11 years ago and it was a high risk pregnancy. He took excellent care of me and delivered a healthy little girl.

I went to him at 11 weeks pregnant. When I first met him he was all laughs and giggles, even after he told me my baby was dead and that I would have a miscarriage in the coming days. He actually jiggled the sonogram tool inside of my vagina, "I'm not trying to be funny here, but do you see how it just moves around untethered?" he said with a smile and slight laugh. I went on to have a miscarriage as soon as I got home from that visit and called his office immediately - apparently he had gone on vacation and never called me back to check on me. Because it was my first time being pregnant, I didn't know what to do or expect, so I toughed it out at home for 2 days until the baby passed. I went back to work still bleeding and cramping when my boss insisted I go home. I called a friend who prompted me to go to the hospital. Apparently I still had "products of conception" inside of me and I could have bled out! Still no call from Moritz. Very bad doctor indeed - please don't go if you are high risk for miscarriage or any other special needs patient (I myself have fibroids).
