They were friendly and made me feel at home. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
