I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
