I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
