Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room?
Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages

No, I didn't have to wait very long

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
