Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
