All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I definitely don't trust them to have my child's best interest at heart. I feel like their top priority is just making money. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
