They don't always have all the answers, but the give you their full attention and try their best to help. They have a very good professional reputation. The thing that keeps me going to them despite the 30 minute drive is the in house lab that will enables them to tell you if your child's illness is viral or bacterial on the spot. They do a simple pin prick on the finger and test the blood. They have the results in a few minutes and know whether to send you home with a prescription for antibiotics. They also have a separate well room (with a separate entrance) for maintenance visits, keeping these children away from the sick children. They have children's books and magazines in the waiting areas, but their selection isn't very impressive. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never taken personal calls during our appointment.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
