It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. . I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, it was fine

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
