he is a very good doctor - if all you need is a check up. my baby was sick twice. i called the office at 9 am. the first time the receptionist told me they don't take walk ins. when i reminded her that my baby (then 9 months old) was his patient, she told me they only see appointments and i should go to the emergency room. we gave him the benefit of the doubt. the second time (13 months old) i called the office at 9 am. he returned my call at 630 PM. naturally, we're going to another doctor.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
