Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Yes everything was neat and sterile

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
