Doctor menon was great, fun friendly and just a joy to deal with. the problem here is the billing, i have had 3 visits and 2 time the bill dept. has failed. i have been repeated biled for the same service. i was lucky enough to have saved my receipts to prove my payment was made. even after i proved my payment, and i was told i had a zero standing balance i was billed again. at this time i had direct contact with the office manager, who was just plain nasty to me. she would not listen to me and talked over me repetedly. her only answer to this was for me to dig out these receipts and prove my payments yet again, and when i told her i did not have a fax her responce was to say something smart and hang up the phone. i have never seen a proffessional service conduct themselves this way in my life. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE, unlesss you like to pay for the same thing many times and get hung up on by the top manager while trying to explain your issue to her.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
