I called and spoke with the front desk when calling to make my first time appointment. I was put on a hold for a few minutes and was then greeted by the office manager, Katherine. She was extremely courteous, explained the process for my first time visit, told me what I needed to bring in and even asked me if I needed directions or whether I was driving there or not. She told me if I had any questions between now and my visit to call the office and they would be happy to help. I have not been treated so well on the phone by a doctors office before and I was so impressed with her and it gave me a wonderful feeling for the office. I would reccommend this office just on the most pleasant telephone experience alone. Well done!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office was nice and quiet. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. They are knowledgeable and experienced eye care providers.
