I was very pleased with the quality of care my three year-old received when we visited Dr. Pinchoff's office. As a concerned, engaged, older parent (with very high standards), I can whole-heartedly recommend this physician.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Was referred to Dr. Pinchoff by another opthalmologist. Dr. Pinchoff is a highly regarded pediatric strabismus surgeon. He answered all of my questions (there were a lot) and made what could have been a crazy stressful situation as calm as possible. Everything went beautifully.

I was very unhappy with Dr. Pinchoff's pre-patient policy. My daughter is six months old and has a small red mark on her eyelid. I spoke to the pediatrician and he said its probably just some capillaries exposed on the outside of her eyelid - but it might be a good idea to see an eye doctor to make sure. This is on the skin not on the actual eyelid. The nurse told me that they had to dialate my child's eyes BEFORE the doctor would even see her. I advised that I was not comfortable with putting any chemicals in my daughters eyes until he saw my daughter first to determine if the skin marking was something that needed solution in her eyes first. The office called me back and the Doctor refused to see my child unless the solution was put in her eye first - without even seeing her to see what the problem was. He claimed it would not be "ethical" My opinion is that it would not be ethical to his pocket - and that a doctor should at least visually examine a patient before determining what the next step will be. This doctor's policy is clearly just about billing insurance carriers.
