Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been looking for a great ophthalmologist and I think I finally found it. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Dr. Marcovici made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. He is committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that he'll brush me off or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been a patient for over 10 years and I will absolutely return. Dr. Marcovici is a genuinely caring, thorough physician. He has not only expertise; his concern for my health has always felt real. I have had a lot of complicated problems with my eyes and he's been attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.
