Michael Dempsey is a genius & an anomaly is the medical profession because he listens listens listens & speaks with you until you understand a condition & his recommended treatment. He has helped me (& those I refer to him) tremendously. Further, he helped me prevent what would have been unnecessary back surgery.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Every time I call and leave a message, they always get back to me within a couple of days. It's nice not having to wait. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am extremely happy with the way my appointment went. They made a huge difference in my recovery.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
