From start to finish, Dr. Halaas was extremely supportive. I could tell from the consultation that she was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient, open and flexible as I tried to explain the changes I wished to make to my nose (rather than pushing a certain look or promising unrealistic expectations). The day of the surgery, Dr. Halaas and the rest of her team were so warm and supportive and did their best to make me feel comfortable despite my nerves. Following the procedure, this support continued as Dr. Halaas provided me with her contact number to reach her at any time with questions or concerns, an act that showed how much she cares about her patients. I am fact, I did contact her at one point during the weekend to ask her a question about my cast and she was extremely quick to respond and ensure my recovery was going okay. A few months later, my recovery has been going very well, and I am extremely excited about the results so far, which match exactly the look I had discussed with Dr. Halaas. I am always excited to return to the office to see her and the rest of the practice.
