The nurse performed the VBeam treatment, and then Dr. Rostan froze a few AKs off of my face that had been pronounced after a Levulan treatment. Bother were very direct and efficient. Dr. Rostan establishes and maintains a good, personal rapport while fulfilling professional respnosibilities.

I had Thermitight RF procedure on lower face and neck. I received a call from the nurse a week prior to let me know what to expect and medications to stop beforehand. I was taken back promptly and prepared for the procedure. After receiving injections of local anesthetic, I waited a good bit. The nurse Robin was very kind when checking on me as I waited. Once Dr. Rostan began procedure, she checked on me verbally a good bit. Procedure feels a bit weird, but I experienced no real pain. I believe that Dr. Rostan took extra time and care performing the procedure to make sure I would be happy with the results. She wastes little time with pre or post procedure chit chat, but I'm fine with that. Robin called to check on me the day after. Results take awhile to kick in for this procedure, but I see improvement in neck lines. Still some neck soreness and slight numbness a little after a week, but gradually improving.

Dr. Rostan is amazing! She makes every patient feel well-cared for. She takes the time to inquire about things other than the reason for the visit and offers exemplary advice and professional help! She goes above and beyond in attending to patients' needs.
