Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

My only drawback with them is they need to be more understanding with life's situations and if an appointment for 9:AM is canceled at 8:AM, when they open, and that was the soonest to get a message to them, please don't show them as a "NO SHOW" and charge an additional payment. That's not showing you care, especially when you're not asked why you canceled.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
