Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were friendly and professional, more importantly, they listened to what I had to say.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
