They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
