They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
