I was referred to Dr. GAnim by the staff of the emergency room at Cone Hospital. My experience with him was good, he listened to my swallowing problem, and referred me to the imaging center for a barium swallow test. They went over the results of the test briefly with me. I have another appointment with Dr. Ganim 10/2416. I am still experiencing a lot of discomfort in my breastbone area. I am looking forward to my appointment to see if we can resolve this issue.

After a reasonable wait, I was seen by Dr. Ganem's nurse who was very pleasant and efficient. Moments later Dr. Ganem met with me and explained the procedure I was there to schedule. Afterwards my procedure was scheduled and fully explained. The entire visit was conducted professionally, timely and all staff members with whom I had contact were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

Nurses were patient and knowledge competent. Technically procedure went as protocol requires in my opinion. I do feel I was discharged too early and still dehydrated. It was very different from my previous experiences. I realize I was among the first patients of a day of many patients.
