I am very happy with the care I receive from Doctor Griffin and his nurse Joyce. The skill set is very good as is the "bedside" manner. Things are also handled accurately and promptly.

Dr Griffin is a dedicated physician who listens when I ask questions and answers honestly. This may be the most important quality in a care provider. The only real problem I have with the practice is the overloading of the physicians and nurses to the point that it is almost impossible to visit your primary care physician within 7 days time. My primary problem with my medical care is the number of medications I am taking each day and the extremely high prices of Zetia and Spiriva. I would like someone to review my list of medications to see if any can be eliminated. I take other over-the-counter medications on my own because prescribed medications are not adequately relieving my symptoms. I tend not to trust the Insurance Company to review and manage my medications. I would rather Dr Griffin did this. Currently, I am pleased with all aspects of my care except availability of my physician. Sometimes I must use the Eagle Family Physicians' after-hours clinic.
