I had the Pro Time test done. I only had to wait around 15 minutes for the test and then another 10 minutes to speak to Brittany. Dr. Griffin happened to be passing by my examination room when I first went in so I got an immediate response to the reading and was quickly discharged.
I needed an urgent care for severe back spasms. Dr. Griffin did what was needed. Anti spasm medicine prescription. My insurance quit covering my go-to medicine. So he prescribed an alternative.
I was seen for my appointment at the scheduled time and Dr. Griffin answered any and all questions during the visit. I didn't expect nor would I ask for anything more. I'm very happy with your practice and all the people who work with you.

I am very pleased with Dr. John Griffin as my Primary Care Doctor! After seeing Dr. James Osborne for years, I was very sad to see him leaving Primary Care. However, numerous times over the years, I saw Dr. Griffin when I could not schedule an appointment with Dr. Osborne. So, I am convinced that I am
I have been a patient of Dr. Griffin's for more than 20 years. He never rushes me through an appt. He's very aware of my myriad of illnesses and strives to insure each one is addressed. He has no problem bringing in a Specialist if the situation calls for it. Lastly, he won't hesitate to pick up the phone and call me himself. I plan to remain in his care until one of us retires.
Was able to schedule same day appointment and experienced less than normal wait time before being called to the exam room. Dr. Griffin is always professional and takes the time to listen to the patient's complaint. He is also polite and courteous while trying to tailor treatment plans to the individual patient. He is never quick to just prescribe medication. He takes the time to consider all available treatment options. I consider him to be the best and most competent general medicine practitioner in the Triad.
My blood pressure had been running high and Dr. Griffin checked it thoroughly and made suggestions to lower. We discussed the lesion on my spine and he said he would call the radiologist and discuss with him. Dr. Griffin called me on Monday and said the radiologist suggested a MRI with contrast which is set up.
