I've been coming to Dr.Bell since i was little. I had two brain hemorages and water on the brain. He saved my life. Thanks Dr. Bell. You are and always have been my favorite doctor.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. He is a very caring man, I never felt rushed during my appointment. He took the time to listen to me. He performed a fusion surgery on me, and I'm doing pretty good. Actually, I feel 80% better than I did prior to the surgery. His entire staff is very courteous. The one thing I can so that most impressed me with his telephone system. When you call his office a person actually answers the phone. No prompts. Kudos to Dr. Bell and his staff. Thank you for everything. I don't know why this feedback will not allow a 5 star rating, but thats what you all deserve 5 stars.
