I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Saw this doctor for 3-4 years - maybe 5. For the last few years, I expressed some concerns to her which were met with "That's all normal." I finally visited another doctor and what do you know? As I suspected, what I was experiencing was not normal at all. New doc gave me a prescription and in a week, it was all cleared up. To think I spent all those years trying to feel "normal" all because she wouldn't take the five minutes to check out my concerns. Nice woman and for the first few years, I was very pleased with her but now I wouldn't recommend her. Seems to me she's coming to the end of her career, retirement on the horizon, and that's enough incentive to brush aside patient concerns that seem trivial to her but definitely not to her patients! Lastly, her receptionist guy is odd; kinda gives me the creeps.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
