Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
