They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding.

Fantastic doctor - have been seeing him for many years and could not be more pleased. Staff is warm and friendly; excellent with my scheduling and take care at holidays to ensure visits are set, that I'm aware of out of office days, meds refilled, etc.
Whether in crisis or just needing perspective or "maintenance", Dr. Crandall is prepared for it all. He has a keen sense for knowing when I need a few moments to work through an idea on my own, or when I'm looking for an answer/suggestion. He pays attention and looks at me/listens to me when I'm speaking rather than writing or typing the whole time, and will jot down some key things here and there. Definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They are definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I think they are the most knowledgeable, helpful psychiatrist in the field. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their entire office was immaculate. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
