I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Dr. Jack Anderson is a genuine, trustworthy, wise, sensitive and thorough doctor. He does not rush through appointments and he listens and evaluates with great attention and care. He has especially been a huge help and encouragement with our son who has adhd tendencies. Dr. Anderson respects parents' input, and the individual child. Awesome doctor and person. 5 star -- Highest recommendation!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
