I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Henderson and his staff were always very considerate. I entrusted them with the care of all 3 of my children who are now teenagers and have referred them to several parents looking for a good pediatrician in the Greensboro, NC area.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
