The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.
