They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Dr. Carpenter is awesome!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
