The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
