The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.
