I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The doctor was extremely friendly and really strived to make me feel comfortable. I was definitely pleased with their bedside manner. They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. All of my questions were answered and I feel totally prepared for everything.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Everyone was wonderful, surgery went fantastic, had wonderful care there, have referred several people and will continue, a friend I referred just went back to work after getting her arms done, and they look wonderful also, My neice is saving money at thid time to go get her work done and I just finished referring another friend for her thighs, that is why I was back on the web site to answer this questionaire. I will continue reffering people to him, He is a wonderful caring and knowledgible Doctor, with a wonderful staff.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I did a lot of research prior to me going to see Dr. Willard, I made a safe choice and do not regret anything that was done, I understand that things can go wrong with any type of surgery, however he was cautious and alert enough to make sure he did the best possible thing for me, And I have made numerous referrals to them.
