I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh.
