They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.


When visiting to have an ear infection checked out, as nursing mother, this physician commented to me that a nursing mother was almost more annoying to treat than a pregnant mother.

During a previous visit, when giving a urine sample, it became contaminated with blood. Instead of allowing me another attempt at a clean catch, this physician wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. When I stated I would wait until the results for a UTI were back from the lab, I was admonished.

During that same visit, this physician missed the scabies I had contracted while working at a local hospital. Instead he prescribed an anti-itch cream, and did not provide a referral for a dermatologist. Without the referral, I had to wait three months to get an appointment with the dermatologist during which time I needlessly suffered from scabies.

I rate Dr Jeff Moledor as very good doctor and PCP. I am new patient to him and he treated very well.
I would NOT appreciated his staff though. When I came first time to Dr Moledor's then I was not able to locate Doctor's office as there was no suite number or name plate outside office so I asked staff at scheduling number. She didn't answer well. I was not able to understand her and when I asked her to let me know again how can I find doctor's office then she told me "Have a nice day" and dropped the phone rudely. I would suggest Dr Moldeor to train her.
