The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

I had been going to Dr. Ratliff for years, my X-bestfriend kept calling and telling them lies, that I took 2 much medication, or was selling it or whatever, which was totally untrue, they didn't even notify me until, I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and handes me this pathetic letter, and asked me to leave their property, If they would have done bloodwork they would have found that, I needed every medication that he gave me and NEVER misused, it I think they are very unfair, I loved Dr. Ratlif, he took good care of me for years, but due to something beyond, my control, they wouldn't even let me go back and talk to him about this. Anyhow, becareful who you are friends with and watch everything you do. At all times, because they don't even care about the truth.
