Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
