They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Dr. Roheny is a very personable and competent physician. Whether it is an office visit or care for a patient admitted to the hospital he takes the time to listen and doesn't rush you in a hurry to the next patient. As proven by his recent care of both my mother and grandmother he is a doctor who will do everything possible and a bit more for his patients. His office is located just around the corner from Parma Community General Hospital (Excellent care but lousy food)

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
