Dr. Crouser did not take the time to listen to my questions when I was pregnant with my first child. I felt as though I was blown off because I had no obvious signs of complications. At 34 weeks she conducted an internal exam and said she was feeling my daughters head. My husband and I both asked for an ultrasound to make sure and she said there was no need. At 36 weeks we again asked for an ultrasound due to suspicion in our daughters position and were again denied. When my water broke 3 days later I labored for 13 hours and the at shift change the new nurse checked me and realized my daughter was Frank Breach (like I suspected) and I had an emergency C-Section. I felt like Dr. Crouser was neglectful and did not listen to my request. My appointments were never longer than 10-15 minutes with her and I felt like as a new parent my questions and concerns were not treated fairly.
