They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were absolutely amazing. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The nurses are very helpful and provide you with as much information as possible. They also have separate waiting rooms for sick children.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
